I am currently working on an art history essay in rhymed verse on green flesh, called “The Veridencies.”  The overall aesthetic is baroque, gothic and excessive as would befit many of these paintings with intertwining religious, erotic, horrific, pagan, ecological and posthuman imagery.  Included are the paintings of Duccio di Buoninsegna, Domenico Veneziano, Giambattista Tiepolo, El Greco, Melchior de la Mars, Fillipino Lippi, Guido Reni, Gustave Moreau, Toulouse-Lautrec, Paul Delvaux, Remedios Varo and others.

I am also working on a manuscript about Gothic materialism and experimental writing, my jazz piano, my Italian and my cooking.
